Agreement to Terms

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing. However, we cannot guarantee that all information is completely accurate, complete, or current. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may not exactly reflect the actual item due to variations in display settings and manufacturing.

All prices are displayed in Turkish Lira (TRY) and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice, though we will honor the price displayed at the time you place your order. If a pricing error is discovered after you place an order, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund your payment, or offer you the item at the correct price.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice. We are not obligated to accept or fulfill orders that appear to be placed in bad faith or with fraudulent intent.

Ordering Process

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase products at the prices and terms stated. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order, including delivery address, contact information, and payment details. We are not liable for delays or delivery failures resulting from inaccurate information provided by you.

If we cannot fulfill your order due to product unavailability or other reasons, we will notify you and either provide a substitute item (with your consent) or cancel the order and refund your payment.

Payment Terms

Payment must be made using one of our accepted payment methods: Cash on Delivery, Card Payment on Delivery, or Bank Transfer. For bank transfer payments, orders will be processed only after payment confirmation is received.

You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method you provide. If payment cannot be processed or is declined, we reserve the right to cancel your order. For cash on delivery orders, payment is due at the time of delivery. Refusal to pay at delivery may result in cancellation of the order and return of items to our warehouse.

Cancellation and Returns

You may cancel an order before it ships by contacting our customer service team. Once an order has shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may return items in accordance with our Returns Policy (see our Returns & Exchanges page for details).

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the conditions outlined in our Returns Policy. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery and Risk of Loss

Delivery terms, estimated delivery times, and shipping costs are provided during checkout and in our Shipping & Delivery policy. While we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times as they depend on factors beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to the address you specify. You are responsible for inspecting items upon delivery and reporting any damage or defects within 48 hours. We are not responsible for loss or damage after delivery unless caused by our negligence or the negligence of our delivery partners.

Product Warranties and Liability

Many products come with manufacturer warranties as specified on product pages or in product documentation. Warranty terms vary by product. Our liability for defective products is limited to the remedies provided under applicable Turkish consumer protection laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, except those explicitly stated in writing. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services, except as required by law.

Our total liability for any claim related to your order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Sevebmutyruktr or its content suppliers and is protected by Turkish and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from website content without our written permission.

User Accounts

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sevebmutyruktr, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our website or services.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact our customer service team to attempt to resolve disputes amicably. Many issues can be resolved through direct communication.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
