Orders & Payment
How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll be asked to provide delivery information and select a payment method. Once you confirm your order, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer three payment options: Cash on Delivery (pay when your order arrives), Card Payment on Delivery (pay with card when your order arrives), and Bank Transfer (transfer payment to our account before shipment). All prices are in Turkish Lira (TRY).
Can I cancel or modify my order?
If your order hasn't been shipped yet, contact us immediately to request cancellation or modification. Once an order has shipped, you'll need to return items using our standard return process. We'll do our best to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee modifications to orders already in processing.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, you'll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order. This email contains your order number, item details, and estimated delivery information. Please keep this confirmation for your records.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days, then shipped. Delivery to major Turkish cities (Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, etc.) takes 5-7 business days after shipment. Other cities and towns typically take 7-10 business days. Rural areas may require additional time.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders with a total value of 500 TRY or more qualify for free standard shipping anywhere in Turkey. Shipping costs for smaller orders are clearly displayed during checkout and calculated based on item size and weight.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can monitor your package's progress from our warehouse to your door.
What if I'm not home when delivery arrives?
Our delivery partners will contact you via phone on the day of delivery to schedule a convenient time. If you're unavailable, you can reschedule delivery by contacting the delivery service or our customer service team.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You may return items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided items are in unused condition with all original packaging and accessories. See our Returns & Exchanges page for complete details.
Who pays for return shipping?
If an item is defective or damaged, we cover return shipping costs. For returns due to change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping. We'll always work with you to find a fair solution.
How long do refunds take?
After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. Credit card refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, while bank transfers may take slightly longer.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

What materials are your furniture made from?

Do items require assembly?
Some items require basic assembly, which is clearly indicated on product pages. Assembly instructions are included with all items that need assembly. Most items can be assembled with basic tools, though some larger furniture may benefit from professional assembly.
Are your products suitable for small spaces?
Many of our items are designed with space efficiency in mind. Look for items labeled as space-saving or compact, and check product dimensions to ensure items fit your space. Our collections page includes items specifically suited for smaller living spaces.
What care instructions should I follow?
Care instructions vary by material and product type. General care instructions are included with each product, and detailed information is available on product pages. For specific care questions, contact our customer service team.
Holiday & Special Orders
Will my order arrive in time for the holidays?
During peak holiday seasons, processing and delivery times may be extended. We recommend placing orders well in advance—by mid-December for New Year delivery. For time-sensitive orders, contact us to discuss options and realistic timelines.
Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?
Currently, we don't offer gift wrapping services, but items arrive in attractive packaging suitable for gifting. If you'd like to include a gift message, mention it in the order notes during checkout, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Account & Privacy
Do I need to create an account to shop?
No, you can shop as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save favorite items, and streamline future purchases. Account creation is optional and free.

Warranties & Quality
Do products come with warranties?
Many products include manufacturer warranties, typically 1-2 years, covering defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty terms vary by product and are detailed on product pages and in product documentation.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately—ideally within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Photos of the damage help us process your claim quickly.
