Shipping & Delivery

Processing Times

Once your order is confirmed and payment is verified, we typically process and prepare your items for shipment within 2-3 business days. During peak holiday seasons or promotional periods, processing may take an additional 1-2 business days. We'll send you an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Turkish national holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery Zones and Estimated Times

We deliver throughout Turkey to both urban and rural areas. Our shipping partners ensure your items are handled with care and delivered promptly to your specified address.

Major Cities (Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Bursa, Antalya, Adana)

  • Standard delivery: 5-7 business days after shipment
  • Express delivery (available for select items): 3-5 business days after shipment

Other Cities and Towns

  • Standard delivery: 7-10 business days after shipment
  • Rural areas may require an additional 2-3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on weather conditions, transportation delays, or factors beyond our control. During holiday seasons, delivery times may be extended due to increased shipping volumes.

Shipping Fees

We believe in transparent pricing, which is why our shipping costs are clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. Shipping fees are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Free Shipping

Orders with a total value of 500 TRY or more qualify for free standard shipping anywhere in Turkey. This applies automatically at checkout—no promotional codes needed.

Standard Shipping Rates

  • Small items (under 5 kg): 50 TRY for orders under 500 TRY
  • Medium items (5-15 kg): 75 TRY for orders under 500 TRY
  • Large items (15-30 kg): 100 TRY for orders under 500 TRY
  • Extra large items (over 30 kg): 150 TRY for orders under 500 TRY

For very large furniture items or multiple-piece orders, shipping costs will be calculated individually and displayed during checkout. You'll always see the total cost before confirming your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress. You can track your shipment from our warehouse to your door, allowing you to plan for delivery accordingly.

If you have questions about your shipment's status or location, our customer service team can assist you. Simply contact us with your order number, and we'll provide you with the most up-to-date information available.

Delivery Process

Our delivery partners will contact you via phone on the day of delivery to confirm your availability and preferred delivery window. It's important to provide an accurate phone number during checkout so we can coordinate delivery smoothly.

What to Expect

  • Delivery personnel will call ahead to schedule the delivery time
  • Items will be delivered to your door or ground-floor entrance
  • For large items, delivery personnel can help bring items into your home (within reason)
  • You'll be asked to verify receipt and inspect items for visible damage
  • A signature may be required for delivery confirmation

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery during the scheduled window. If you need to reschedule, contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery date.

Holiday Shipping Considerations

During holiday seasons, we experience higher order volumes which may impact processing and delivery times. To ensure your items arrive in time for celebrations, we recommend placing orders well in advance. As a general guideline:

  • For New Year celebrations: Place orders by mid-December for standard delivery
  • During promotional periods: Allow extra time for processing
  • For time-sensitive items: Consider express shipping options when available

We'll do our best to accommodate rush orders when possible, but cannot guarantee delivery by specific dates, especially during peak periods. If you have a deadline, please contact us before placing your order to discuss options.

Delivery Issues and Concerns

While we strive for smooth deliveries, occasional issues may arise. If you experience any problems:

  • Delayed shipments: Contact us if your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe. We'll investigate and keep you updated.
  • Damaged items: Report damage immediately upon delivery. Take photos if possible, and contact our customer service team within 48 hours.
  • Missing items: If your order is incomplete, let us know right away so we can resolve the issue promptly.
  • Delivery errors: If items are delivered to the wrong address or you receive someone else's order, contact us immediately.

International Shipping

Currently, we ship exclusively within Turkey. If you're located outside Turkey and interested in our products, please contact us to discuss potential shipping arrangements. We're exploring options to expand our delivery capabilities in the future.
