14-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with an item for any reason, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. This return window gives you adequate time to inspect your purchase and ensure it meets your expectations.

Return Conditions

- Unused condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories included
- Original packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging or equivalent protective packaging to prevent damage during transit
- All parts included: All parts, components, manuals, and accessories that came with the original purchase must be included
- No damage: Items must not show signs of use, wear, or damage beyond normal handling
- Proof of purchase: You'll need your order number or receipt to process the return
Items that have been assembled, used, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned unless the damage was present upon delivery. In cases where items arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately—we'll arrange for replacement or refund at no cost to you.
How to Initiate a Return
Returning an item is straightforward. Follow these steps:

Please do not return items without first contacting us and receiving a return authorization. Returns sent without authorization may experience delays in processing.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:
- Defective or damaged items: We cover all return shipping costs. We'll arrange for pickup or provide a prepaid return label
- Wrong item received: If you received the wrong item due to our error, we cover return shipping costs
- Change of mind: For returns due to change of mind or dissatisfaction (when items are not defective), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we'll process your refund using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. Refund processing times vary:
- Credit/debit card payments: Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days after processing
- Bank transfer payments: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days and may take an additional 2-3 business days to appear in your account
- Cash on delivery orders: Refunds are processed via bank transfer to an account you specify, typically within 5-7 business days
You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. If you don't see the refund in your account after the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order and return authorization numbers.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we're happy to help. Exchange requests must be made within the 14-day return window, and the item must meet the same return conditions as listed above.
To process an exchange:
- Contact our customer service team with your order number and desired exchange item
- We'll check availability of the item you want
- If available, we'll process the exchange and arrange for return shipping of the original item
- Once we receive the returned item, we'll ship the replacement
If the exchange item costs more than the original, you'll pay the difference. If it costs less, we'll refund the difference to your original payment method. Shipping costs for exchanges follow the same guidelines as returns—we cover costs for defective items, while change-of-mind exchanges require the customer to cover return shipping.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Some items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons:
- Items that have been custom-made or personalized
- Items that have been clearly used or damaged by the customer
- Items returned after the 14-day return window
- Items without original packaging or missing components
- Items purchased during final sale or clearance events (these will be clearly marked)

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately—ideally within 48 hours of delivery. We take product quality seriously and will resolve these issues quickly and at no cost to you.
When reporting damage or defects:
- Take photos of the damage or defect from multiple angles
- Save all original packaging (we may need it for insurance claims)
- Contact us with your order number, description of the issue, and photos
We'll arrange for a replacement item to be shipped immediately, or process a full refund if a replacement isn't available. You won't need to wait for us to receive the damaged item before receiving your replacement, though we may ask you to return the damaged item for quality control purposes.
Warranty Information
Many of our products come with manufacturer warranties that cover defects in materials and workmanship beyond the 14-day return period. Warranty terms vary by product and are typically 1-2 years.
